Shipping

Where are our items located? 

Our offices and factory are located in China.    

What is your lead time? 

Most orders are delivered within 4-6 weeks from the order date.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Changes to estimated delivery dates.

In cases where external factors cause delays, we or our delivery partners will notify you of any changes to your estimated delivery date. If we are unable to deliver your product within 90 days, we will inform you, cancel your order, and issue a refund.

Need an item by a certain date? 

While we strive to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once the package leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is controlled by the courier. We recommend ordering well in advance to avoid delays. Expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx is available; please contact us for a quote before placing your order. Expedited orders can sometimes be delivered within 7-12 days.

Import Taxes and VAT

In most instances, our parcels clear customs without additional VAT charges. However, for larger orders, we might need to provide extra documentation to customs, and we may need your assistance with this process. Please be aware that each country has different import tax thresholds on the value of goods that can be imported before taxes are applied. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address or Address Changes

 Please ensure the shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Address changes may incur additional fees charged by Postal parcel or EMS, which will be invoiced to you.

Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages

 If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, it is often nearby or still on the delivery truck. If the package cannot be found, you must contact Postal parcel or EMS and request a “trace” within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Failure to Receive Delivery

 If a package is undeliverable (e.g., no signature, wrong address), it will be held at a local facility before being returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged for the return and reshipment. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee.

United States and Canada

  • Free shipping for all orders.
  • Delivery time: 20-30 days for the US, 28-40 days for Canada via UPS. No import duties required.

Australia

  • Free shipping for all orders.
  • Delivery time: 25-50 days via China Post Air Parcel or 5-20 days via EMS.

Europe

  • Free shipping for all orders.
  • Delivery time: 25-50 days via China Post Air Parcel or 5-20 days via EMS. Countries include the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and others.

Middle East and Russia

  • UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait: 10-35 days via China-Middle East air or sea express.
  • Russia: 10-30 days via China-Russia Special Line Express.
