Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, contact us at info@zavitaglobal.com.For a complete return address, our support team is ready to assist you. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Upon approval, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if we have met our delivery obligations. Refunds are only available if the package has not been shipped.

Eligible for Partial/Full Refund & Replacement

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items that do not match the description.
  • Items returned without delivery.
  • Items not delivered within 90 days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that do not meet the 30-day return policy.
  • Purchases over $5,000.
  • Custom-made products.
  • Misunderstandings of non-discounted items despite clear listing.

For items not eligible for return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we will deduct up to 70% of the cost plus service fees from your refund.

We do not accept unregistered packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellations are not possible unless the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us if you haven’t received a shipment confirmation.
